INFINITI®-certified technicians begin with entry-level certification such as ASE. ASE certification demonstrates a general knowledge and skill in servicing modern vehicles. ASE certification requires education and experience standards. ASE-certified technicians pass tests, many have two-year degrees, and two years of hands-on experience at a qualified dealership. INFINITI®-certified technicians build upon general certification by becoming INFINITI® service experts through factory training and additional hands-on experience servicing INFINITI® models.
