Had a great experience! Our sales person Andrew was very patient and took his time showing us options and answering questions. Everyone was professional and seem to go out of their way to make our experience as easy as possible.Bought used 2010 Tahoe after looking at multiple vehicles through dealership. Very thorough in their review of vehicle and remedied any questions and opportunities we has prior to purchase.

This review is for their service department, which is truly exceptional in the business in my opinion. Service advisor Jason Gary is go to guy for my g37, he is honest and friendly, tells you what you need what can wait. Facility clean and well organized, very customer friendly. Scheduling appointment could be easier, but nothing is perfect.
Would definitely recommend seeking him out if you're looking for an Infiniti. Elie got the financing all set up and Kyle helped me learn some of the tech features of the car. Overall a great experience and relatively quick considering how long I sat around the dealership for my last car purchase.
During the week of August 19, I called and scheduled to have my car picked up for a battery and brake inspection on September 4. Shantel was amazing. It was refreshing to speak with someone of her caliber. She was friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. Quality customer service is important to me, and Shantel exceeded my expectations

Purchasing a car has never been a pleasant experience for me but I did enjoy meeting and work with Kendell Bowers for my recent purchase. Kendell was extremely accomadating meeting with my wife first so she could view the car to determine if it was worth me taking the drive to view the car. I was not available to make it to the dealership right away so Kendell kept me updated about the status of the car to ensure it was available to purchase. When I had time to go to the dealership Kendell came in on his off day and stayed long after closing to assist us each step of the way and going to bat for us to get the best deal possible. Marc in Financing was extremely thorough and explained each step of the finance process to help us get the best rate and monthly payment; the manager TJ was pleasant but he tried to low ball us on my trade in. We didnt feel like we were getting the best deal but he was open to negotiating and we walked away with a fair deal for both of us. Overall we are please with the experience and appreciate them being accomadating, and the service we received.
I experienced the best customer service at the Infiniti service center. I had a used Infiniti, not purchased from this dealership. They didn't ask and didn't care. I still received highest quality service and attention with every visit.I was allowed a temporary car while my car was being serviced. Or, if I choose to wait for something like an oil change I was privileged to get free coffee, hot chocolate, soda, water, juice, baked goods, reading (good reading) materials and tv (not trashy either!).
What a professional dealership! And made a great deal on my 2013 QX56! Found this near perfect SUV at Cars.com and it had the exact exterior silver with the wheat (tan) interior....very hard to find the lighter interior. Andrew Brownlow was very polite and helpful, picking me up at the airport and walking me through a very quick and seamless sales process. No pressure, no hassle...just great customer service. He's followed up with me twice in 3 days to make sure everything is satisfactory. Absolutely recently recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle!

What I really appreciated about Andrew was his honesty and when he did find something that had not been disclosed, he immediately emailed me to be up front. I very much appreciated that so if you're interested in buying a car - Mr Brownlow is your man!
