Communicate with service advisors regarding progress, delays, or new problem/risk identifications.
Diagnose vehicle problems accurately by considering the reported symptoms and inspecting the involved components.
Formulate repair recommendations.
Communicate with the parts department to obtain replacement parts and fluids.
Document service details in the computerized system.
Complete quality assurance inspections to confirm factory specifications.
