The Lifetime Engine Warranty within The Black Tie Program has no pre-determined end date. If you purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle from us there is no expiration date.
Oil changes under the 12-month maintenance program include the oil, oil filter, and tire rotations. The maintenance plan will consist of two oil changes in the 12-month period based on average driving habits and recommended service intervals. This program covers motor oil & filter. Trucks with more than four wheels, trucks with all diesel engines and high line imports may require oil change surcharge. See Service Advisor for details. All new Infiniti manufacturer's maintenance programs replace the Black Tie Program's Oil Changes/Tire Rotations.
The Black Tie Program provides complimentary multi-point inspection everytime you are in for service for the life of your ownership.
You are eligible for a complimentary rental car at any time your covered vehicle is in for repairs at one of our dealerships.
This is an interior/exterior sealant that is applied to paint, vinyl, fabric, etc.
To maintain the Black Tie Program we recommend that you service your vehicle at any of our five locations. However, if a special circumstance arises and you are not able to do your service at our dealerships, the Black Tie Program will not be voided. You will need documentation of that service to maintain your coverages.
No, but with five locations in four major cities we strongly encourage you to. All manufacturers' maintenance and services are required to maintain your warranty. All service and maintenance records performed at our dealerships will be stored within our database to help you if your warranty is needed.
Excess wear on a vehicle can occur when maintenance is not performed at the recommended intervals. We do require that you do your services within 100 miles of the factory recommended intervals.
You will receive a personalized key tag and reminder service with the Black Tie Program. You will be reminded of services due, and when you come in just present your key tag in the service drive.

*Lifetime Engine included on all units under 50,000 miles. If your vehicle is over 50,000 miles, we will provide you with a 3-month, 3.000-mile Powertrain warranty
